Dan is a Connecticut native and earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut. He also holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ designation from the College for Financial Planning.
Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Dan had a distinguished military career spanning 31 years and culminating with the rank of Brigadier General. He has played an active role in his community, having served as a board member with Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut, The Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut, and Mitchell College. He also served as a town official over an 11-year period for the Town of North Stonington. For the majority of that time, Dan served as the Chairman of the Town’s Board of Finance.
A native of Southeastern Connecticut, Matthew earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University. He began his investment career with Stifel’s Phoenix, Arizona, office, where he served as a member of a three-person team. He has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation, the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses.
Matthew serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Child & Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut. He is also a board member of the Mystic Naik Branch YMCA and the Stonington Historical Society.
